Our church has been in operation in the Hartford area for 30 years. The philosophy of our church is to cater to the “total man”.  In keeping with our philosophy, we are offering two scholarships, one to an incoming freshman (The Bishop Llyod E. Russell Scholarship for Incoming Freshman) and the other to someone pursuing a continuing education course (The Elder Lisda E. Russell Scholarship for Continuing Education). 
Over the past seven years we have also hosted our Scholars Banquet where we recognize and honor our Scholars for their academic achievements.
It is through generous donations like yours that the Pentecostal Tabernacle Apostolic Church Inc., will be able to offer these scholarships to two deserving recipients in our congregation.
